MonthlyFocus helps users build one meaningful habit each month. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices users have.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as email address, display name, authentication provider, and user ID.
- App content and progress, such as selected monthly habits, completion days, streaks, archived months, and referral codes.
- Subscription information, such as product ID, purchase token or transaction ID, subscription status, and expiry date.
- Device or other identifiers used by platform services, such as Firebase installation/auth identifiers, Google Play purchase identifiers, and notification tokens where available.
- Support information users choose to send when contacting us.
How we use information
- To create and secure user accounts.
- To save habit progress, history, referrals, and Premium access.
- To verify and restore in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and operate app services across devices.
- To provide support and respond to user requests.
- To prevent abuse, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party services
MonthlyFocus uses Firebase services for authentication, database storage, server functions, and hosting. In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies and platform terms.
Advertising and tracking
MonthlyFocus does not sell personal information and does not use user data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Data retention and deletion
Users can delete their account directly in the app from Settings. Account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and associated app data, including profile data, habit completions, archives, referrals, and Premium access metadata. Users who cannot access the app can request deletion at support@monthlyfocus.app.
Children
MonthlyFocus is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
